This page lists out our various pricing and payment policies.

Payments


All orders are due immediately with the exception of wholesale orders, these are 50% up-front with the remainder due when we ship.

We accept PayPal as payment and may accept a company check for wholesale orders with prior approval.


Retail Pricing


All of our retail prices are contained on this site and are typically updated twice a year in January and July. We do not offer volume discounts on retail pricing though we do put individual items on sale and do offer special discount coupons from time to time, such as during holidays.

All retail orders require a 50% down payment at the time of order. The remaining 50% will be due at time of shipment. We currently only take PayPal as the form of payment.

Wholesale Pricing


We, like many other suppliers in the woodworking industry, offer wholesale accounts for a select set of customers. A wholesale account is generally meant for business that will be purchasing our products for resale in their own operations. At the moment all of these policies, terms and conditions only apply to our hollow and round molding planes as that is all we currently offer, expect these terms and conditions to change as we offer new products.

In order to obtain a wholesale account with us you must meet the following conditions:

  • Have been a customer, in good standing, for at least 6 months.
  • Be a licensed business in your state of operation and be able to supply a business operating license form your home state of operation.
  • Able to provide certificate of resale from your state of operation.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions for the wholesale account type you select.
Terms and conditions for wholesale accounts:
  • Purchases for personal use may not be obtained through a wholesale account, they must be retail transactions.
  • Your retail pricing may not exceed our published retail price, this is necessary as to help maintain affordability for all of our customers. Retail prices are set twice annually, once in January and again in July.
  • Your retail pricing may not fall below our retail price by more than 5% as we do not have any desire to directly compete with our wholesalers. We are predominantly a retail business, wholesale accounts are only offered as a convenience to a very select set of our business customers. As mentioned, retail prices are set twice annually, once in January and again in July.
  • The standard, and only, discount we offer for wholesale accounts is 10%. These are extremely low margin items to start with, the only way to book adequate revenue with these is through volume.
  • There is a minimum order of 10 pairs of hollows & rounds to obtain the 10% discount. You have 2 ways to obtain this discount:
    1. Order 10 pairs of hollows & rounds, you will obtain an immediate 10% discount from the total order. This is our preferred method and is ideal for other retailers that want to maintain their own inventory.
    2. Use the 10 pair minimum over a period of 12 months from the date your wholesale account was approved and have the discounts retroactively applied in the next 12 month cycle. This is ideal for other retailers that either do not want to maintain their own inventory or do not have adequate cash on hand to meet the minimum discount purchase. Note that these cumulative purchase quantities reset each 12 month cycle, if you do not purchase the minimum then you will lose all accumulated amounts.
  • For those customers that cannot meet the minimum we offer a referral program as well.

Referrals


We offer a 5% referral bonus to any customer that refers someone else to us and results in a sale.
